GAC has officially launched its new energy vehicle (NEV) series Aion and Hyptec in Saudi Arabia. It has debuted three models named Aion V, Aion ES, and Hyptec HT. This marks a major step in its “Middle East Action” expansion strategy. GAC latest launch will help in Saudi Arabia's goal of achieving the 30% EV sales under the Vision 2030 plan. 

What’s New in AION and HYPTEC Vehicles: 

All of these GAC 2026 vehicles bring advanced tech-focused and new energy vehicles (NEV) to the Saudi Arabian car market. Where the AION V is a family SUV, the AION ES is the compact sedan for commuting, and the HYPTEC HT is a futuristic SUV with cutting-edge technology. They are specifically designed for the premium user experience with intelligent features, spacious interiors, and the use of high-end materials. They provide high-tech green travel options to the saudia arabian buyers with modern design and advanced safety features. 

GAC Aion V Key Features

The GAC Aion V is an all-electric SUV targeted towards families with a spacious interior, like other Chinese cars and advanced safety features.

The cabin looks very premium with a touch of luxury, and the exterior looks very bold with a strong front fascia, an electric panoramic sunroof, and dynamic side lines that also help in reducing aerodynamic drag. 

• It is powered by the 75.3 kWh battery that produces a power of 150 kW / 201 hp and the torque of up to 243 Nm. It has an all-electric range of up to 602 km.

GAC Aion ES Key Features: 

The AION ES is a smart, pure electric sedan that offers a combination of practicality and cost-effectiveness. It is the perfect choice for Saudi Arabian families who prioritize convenience, safety, and smart technology. It comes in a coupe-inspired car design with a sleek and modern exterior. 

• It is powered by the 55.2 kWh battery that produces a power of 100 kW / 134 hp and the torque of up to 225 Nm. It has an all-electric range of 442 km. 
• It maintains a clear electric identity with sleek, flowing lines, a closed front fascia, and the 17-inch aluminum wheels make it look distinctive. 
• It comes with the Smart infotainment display, multiple operating systems, comfortable seats with ample legroom, and Bluetooth with intuitive user interfaces. 
  
  
• It features advanced safety features like Multiple airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Hill Hold Control (HHC), a rearview camera, and parking sensors to ensure peace of mind on every journey. 

GMC HYPTECH HT Key Features
