Toyota Land Cruiser 300

• The 3.5L V6 Twin Turbo produces 409 hp of power and a whopping 650 Nm of torque. That's real power. The acceleration is quick, not sports car quick, but enough that you feel the truck when you need it.  The hybrid version has 457 hp of power and a massive 790 Nm, which is impressive for something this large.

• The 10-speed AT is as good as one gets, a perfect engineering, to say the least. The transmission is such that you hardly need any real effort; it just obeys your inputs to the fullest.

• The off-road ability supported by brilliant hardware is what truly defines the Land Cruiser. The full-time 4WD with transfer case lets you shift between HI and LO ranges, the LO range multiplies torque and crawls at a walking pace. The differential locks, front, centre, and rear, depending on trim, lock the axles so all wheels turn together. So you’re assured of no wheel spinning or getting stuck.

• Crawl Control is another highlight; you select your speed, and it maintains it automatically while you steer. The Sand, mud, rocks, steep grades, the system handles throttle and brakes, leaving you to focus on line selection. Multi-Terrain Select chooses driving modes for different surfaces.

Some limitations:

• The steering at speed requires more effort than lighter SUVs, although not dramatically, but you notice the weight.

• Don’t expect high fuel efficiency when you have so much weight and off-road applications.

• Off-road prowess should be used by a well-informed driver; the crawl control and differential locks help, but again, if you’re not experienced enough, it may lead to stuck situations.

• The Land Cruiser is massive, no need to even say it; the size is obvious. So, parking in tight spots needs careful navigation.

• On-road handling, while composed, won't entertain drivers chasing thrills. It's mature, not playful.

• On challenging terrain or rough roads, the Land Cruiser just excels thanks to its exceptional engineering. The suspension is well-tuned to take on massive bumps with ease,  without any noticeable impact inside the cabin for occupants. Any technical terrain is handled with precision, and the SUV feels perfectly planted even when the road gets bumpier or outright terrible. 

• On smooth highways, the suspension is calm, which is quite visible in how exactly opposite its driving conditions, it works equally well. The cabin is well insulated, and you hardly get any wind noise, and engine noise stays in the background at cruising speeds. The overall experience is serene, awesome, and most buyers just love it. 

• Cornering at speed is great, and it leans as expected for its size, but for the most part, it feels controlled. The stability control works hard and effectively. You never feel like it's going to roll; it is a well-engineered SUV. 

• Steering is responsive at speed and accurate at low speeds. The parking cameras are a great assistance and your driving position is just ideal to navigate any kind of driving situation with ease.

• The SUV is highly refined, with all-around performance and capability, and that balance is what justifies the price. It's not an ordinary luxury SUV; it is a legend in every possible way, the ride and handling prove it suitable.

• The 12.3-inch digital display on higher trims is sharp and responds quickly, with built-in navigation. The JBL audio system is excellent, with quality that matches that of luxury sedans. Either six or 14 speakers, depending on trim.

• Seating is real leather on higher models, premium leather that ages well and develops character. Lower trims use quality fabric that's practical for families. The power seats have memory, and front seats offer ventilation, something most buyers need to handle Saudi heat and cooling is rather effective, especially when you are dealing with 50 degrees in summer. 

• Genuine space is another key aspect of the SUV; the second-row seats are spacious, the third row is real, suitable for kids or adults on shorter trips. The power-folding third row disappears under the floor, creating a massive cargo space. That flexibility is the point; use it either for a seven-seater family member or carry bigger stuff, it does it well. 

• Climate control has four-zone independent adjustment on higher trims. That means the driver, front passenger, rear right, and rear left each control their own temperature. The moon-roof is standard on most models. Natural light floods in.

• Wood trim on the upper trims looks elegant without being overdone. Leather shift knob, leather-wrapped steering wheel, these details matter when you're spending this much on the road.
